Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
As a jewelry manufacturer and wholesale supplier, our products are primarily made-to-order or produced in bulk quantities.
Due to the nature of wholesale and custom production, we do not offer unconditional returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after confirmation.
For custom or OEM orders, cancellation is not available once production has started.
Returns (Bulk & Wholesale Orders)
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product quality issues caused by manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or OEM products
- Private label products
- Engraved or personalized items
- Bulk orders without confirmed defects
Refunds
If a quality issue is confirmed:
We may offer:
- Replacement products
- Partial refund
- Credit toward next order
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection and confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
